Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep and profound rest that offers us access to the innate healing state within us and shapes the ground of our inner transformation by allowing the body to rest, awareness to deepen and the subconscious mind and our wider relationship to consciousness to reveal itself and come into greater coherence.

Through this practice we are supported to explore and refine our own embodiment and to enhance our capacity to be present to the full range of our emotional, mental and spiritual selves all while allowing our nervous systems to truly enter a state of rest and rejuvenation. We are offered the space to build bridges between the polarities and opposing experiences we have in our lives in order to develop a more complete and loving relationship to the entirety of ourselves and our lives.
